Out of conviction, we therefore grant a 10-year guarantee on the boiler. With regular maintenance, you ensure that the boiler efficiency reaches more than 90 % for many years.
We offer maintenance contracts and service offers individually tailored to your requirements. In the event of a fault, we are on the spot as quickly as possible via remote maintenance or our own service team.
Service support in the event of a fault
Upon request, our service team can connect to your system and provide immediate assistance via remote maintenance. As a rule, this service is provided free of charge as part of our customer service.
Sometimes faults occur outside normal business hours. If it is not possible for you to remedy a malfunction on your own, our service is available for you by telephone on Sundays and public holidays.
